What to write to us about
- A bug or something that looks wrong. Say what you pressed and what happened, and which browser or phone you used.
- A website that rejects our addresses. Tell us which site and which address style you tried. Switching the style to Gmail dots often helps in the meantime.
- Abuse. If an address from this site was used to harass you, impersonate you or commit fraud, send us the address and the date. We take these reports seriously.
- Privacy requests. See the privacy policy for what we hold, which is very little.
- Business and press. Partnerships, links and anything else.
What we cannot do
We cannot recover an inbox, bring back a recycled address, or read mail on your behalf. Addresses live on shared accounts run by the email provider, and we keep no copies of the mail. If you have lost access to an account you made with a temporary address, contact that website instead.
