Terms of service

By using tempmails.online or the Temp Mail app, you agree to these terms. They are short, and most of them come down to one thing: use temporary addresses for throwaway sign-ups, not to harm anyone.

The service

TempMails gives you free, receive-only temporary email addresses and shows you the mail sent to them. It is provided by Bathan Dev. There is no account, and we may change, limit or stop any part of the service at any time.

Shared and temporary by design

  • Public addresses are shared. Anyone who knows an address can read the mail that arrives at it.
  • Addresses can be recycled by the email provider at any time, and their mail with them.
  • The service has a shared request limit, so it may be unavailable for a while when the limit is reached.

Do not use a temporary address for banking, government services, work, or any account you would mind losing or having read. We cannot recover mail, addresses or accounts.

What you must not do

  • Break the law, or help anyone else break it.
  • Commit fraud, phishing, or scams, or impersonate a person or organisation.
  • Harass, threaten or stalk anyone.
  • Send, or arrange to receive, material that exploits children or is otherwise illegal.
  • Run scripts or bots against the service, or try to get round its limits or security.
  • Resell the service, or present it as your own.

Websites you sign up to have their own terms, which may limit the number of accounts or trials per person. Following them is your responsibility.

No warranty

The service is provided as it is and as available, free of charge, without any warranty. We do not promise that it will always work, that a given website will accept an address, or that mail will arrive.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Bathan Dev is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using, or not being able to use, the service, including lost mail, lost access to an account, or something a stranger read in a shared inbox.

Trademarks

TempMails is not affiliated with Google. Gmail and Googlemail are trademarks of Google LLC and are named only to describe the addresses.
