Temporary addresses are for keeping your own address private, not for harming anyone. If one from this site was used against you or your service, tell us and we will act on it.

What counts as abuse
- Harassing, threatening or stalking someone
- Fraud, scams or phishing, or signing someone up to a service in their name
- Impersonating a person or an organisation
- Anything involving the exploitation of children, which we report to the authorities
- Using scripts or bots against this service, or attacking it
The full rules are in our terms of service.
What to send us
- The temporary address involved, exactly as it was written
- When it happened, with the date and your time zone
- What happened, and which website or service it concerns
- Any evidence you can share: screenshots, or the headers of an email
What we can do
Disable the address on this site. Once a reported address is on our block list, tempmails.online will no longer show its inbox to anyone, so the person who used it cannot read new mail sent there, such as a password reset for an account they made with it. Only that exact address is blocked, because the account behind it serves other people’s addresses too.
Pass the report on. The shared accounts are run by our email provider, and we forward reports that need action on their side.
What we cannot do
We keep no record of who generated which address, and we do not store the mail, so we cannot tell you who used an address or show you what they received. See the privacy policy for what we do and do not hold.
Our addresses are receive-only. No email can be sent from them through this site or the app, so a message that claims to come from one of them was not sent by a TempMails user. If you received spam or phishing, report it to the provider whose address it came from.
Website owners
If people misuse sign-ups or free trials on your site, the reliable fix is on your side: confirm addresses with a code, limit trials per payment method or device rather than per address, and rate-limit sign-ups. Our guide to why websites block temp mail explains the checks sites use.
Legal requests
Requests from law enforcement go to the same address, support@tempmails.online. We will answer, but because we hold almost nothing about who used the service, there is usually little we can provide.
